During my recent stay at the Westin, I was amazed by the elaborate Christmas decorations in the lobby. It truly added a festive touch to my experience. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the Ebisu train station and a variety of excellent restaurants in the area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a long day. The high level of service from the concierge team, especially Nami, was outstanding, as she went above and beyond to assist with directions. Although there were some changes due to the merger with Marriott, the rooms and views remained exceptional. I had a special experience at the Westin Tokyo and would highly recommend it.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk from the nearest subway station. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed taking advantage of the spa services. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. They were friendly, attentive, and spoke English fluently. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the cleanliness, transportation options, and proximity to attractions make this hotel an ideal choice.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the executive floor amenities. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to Yebisu Garden Place where there were plenty of shopping and leisure activities. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near transportation options, making it easy to explore the city.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was extremely convenient, with easy access to Ebisu subway station and the JR station. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and well-maintained environment. The seating area adjacent to the reception was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast provided was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

The hotel's breakfast option was poor, with limited choices. , the service was slow, and the staff was not as attentive as they could have been.
